ABOUT THE PACKAGE
It follows the same concepts of gym personal training, only the setting is different. Before making decisions between Gym or Home PT sessions, you must first ask yourself what it is you want from the PT session. If you are into Powerlifting for instance, Home PT is not for you, but if your goal is to lose fat, get leaner look, improve your posture then yes Home PT would be an amazing alternative. The latter includes dumbbell work, calisthenics (body weight), core stability and more!!

Home Training takes the word personal training to another level being that you train from the convenience of your own house making it private with minimal distractions.
