ABOUT THE PACKAGE

For the people who just want a program to apply at the gym or home, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, Program design is for you.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

You fill in a form and we have a free consultation to better understand what it is you want. Afterwards, a program is tailored to your needs with a zoom video for explanation. Of course, you will be able to follow-up with me 24/7 for any questions or concern to give you the best possible results. In addition, follow-up sessions to always be up to date. 

 

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE ?

The Program design includes an explanation on basic terminology you will tackle in the gym (e,g "RPE", or "1RM") as well as information on the anatomy of muscle groups.

You might be asking yourself why do I go into that much details?

Well because if you understand how your body works you will begin to have a better mind to muscle connection, and this is integral during your workouts.

Obviously, the program design includes …. THE PROGRAM and the program will distribute into week 1 week 2 etc. I also will request from you sample videos of you performing the moves so I could critic them.
